Thank you for playing Live Play Bingo. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. If you wish to delete your Live Play Bingo account and associated data, please follow the steps below:

Steps to Request Account Deletion:
  1. Open the Live Play Bingo App: Ensure you have the Live Play Bingo app installed on your device.

  2. Tap on the Menu: Tap on the menu icon at the top right corner of the app.

  3. Tap on "Help": Select the "Help" option from the menu.

  4. Tap on "Get in Touch": Select the "Get in Touch" option.

  5. Complete the Form: Fill out the form to submit your request for account deletion.

Data Deletion Information:

When you request the deletion of your Live Play Bingo account, the following data will be deleted:

  • Personal Information: Name, email address, profile information

  • Game Data: Scores, Bingo credit balances and powerups, achievements, collections, game progress

  • Transaction history: Any information relating to in-app-purchases

Retention Period: Some data may be retained for up to 90 days to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. After this period, all your data will be permanently deleted from our servers.

 

Data Retained: Certain data may be kept in anonymized form for analytical purposes. This data will not be personally identifiable.
